New & Early Talent: Attracting, Retaining, Engaging and Intergenerational Collaboration

Learn how to recruit and engage your teams in this new world of work.

This program is 3 sessions and is offered 2 times this year.

ABOUT THIS PROGRAM
Across all industries, the world of work continues to change at a rapid pace. While some things have gone back to the way they were before the pandemic, many things are permanently different, creating a new normal for us all. In this wake, many SMEs have had to figure out how they will recruit and engage their teams moving forward; how they will attract and onboard new talent and how they will reboard existing employees to the way things are now. This program will help you understand the defining traits of this new world of work and will help you think through what your team/company can do to stay successful and keep good people. The program will cover topics such as reboarding your teams for success, teaching the right soft skills for well-being and team collaboration, and communicating in hybrid/remote setups. This program will have you feeling confident about the current state of talent retention, secure in your chosen direction, determined to make changes once you leave and equipped with the skills and knowledge to do so. You will walk away from this program having participated in interactive examples and experiential case studies. You will get to hear from peers in similar situations and will leave with your personalized action plan for thriving in the new normal!
By the end of this program, learners will be able to recognize:
The current landscape of talent recruitment, engagement and retention, post-pandemic.
How intergenerational differences in workplace expectations are affecting your team or organization.
How to define strategies for success in hybrid and remote settings.
How to think through and produce a plan for well-being work in your team/company.
How to implement practical team-building strategies and exercises for more engaged employees.
How to produce and act on your plan for reboarding your employees.
