ABOUT THIS PROGRAM
This program is for individuals who share a genuine concern for the equitable treatment of employees when it comes to paying them fairly. Learn how fair pay is achieved with internal equity, external competitiveness and transparent communication. You will also learn techniques for managing pay equitably through a set of audit tools. Learning in this program is designed to be engaging, relevant and meaningful to you in your role as you get pay right.
By the end of this program, learners will be able to recognize:
How to state a commitment to fair pay for your organization.
How to analyze pay gaps between protected classes of employees (internal equity).
How to make use of the technique of market pricing to assess the extent to which your organization pays competitively (external competitiveness).
How to communicate transparently about pay so employees know how their pay is determined (transparent communications).
