ABOUT THIS PROGRAM
This program serves as a guidebook on how to build harmonized and high-performing teams. “The hardest part of any leaders job, is the people. But when you get it right, when you get a team rowing in the same direction with the same goal, you can outperform any competitor at any time, in any industry, anywhere in the world.” P. Lencioni. It is focused on five core areas:
  1. Shared purpose and team goal setting and decision-making.
  2. The most productive team activities (MPAs) and prioritizing what needs to be done.
  3. Team image and norms, including choosing who you want to become and onboarding new team members.
  4. Using the power of positivity to rally teams to higher levels of stakeholder value.
  5. Adapting to change, uncertainty, complexity and volatility.
By the end of this program, learners will be able to understand:
How to move from managing individuals to leading teams, regardless of type.
How to apply the business principles of the highest performing teams in the world.
How to co-create norms in the team that provide great guidance for self-governance.
What pulls teams together and what pulls them apart.
How to lead teams better through change, uncertainty, complexity and volatility.
